About Summer Court Hall

Summer Court Hall is a Tudor style building set in its own large grounds which are lawned and surrounded by mature trees and bushes. The grounds boast a well established garden with benches set in secluded areas for the residents and their families to enjoy. Hornsea town is within 15 minutes walking distance and the sea front is approximately half a mile away. The town has a variety of shops and a covered market on a Wednesday, Sunday and Bank holidays. Other local attractions include Hornsea Mere and Hornsea Freeport.
We offer secure accommodation for people with Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory impairment type difficulties.
The home is designed to enable the residents freedom of movement within a safe and secure environment. In addition there is a courtyard, safe and private to enable the residents outside access if wished when the weather is pleasant.
We have 5 senior carers, a team of care staff, 2 cooks, 3 domestic/laundry staff and a maintenance and decorating team.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)
The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and they encourage care services to improve.
They monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and they publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.
We are working closely with the CQC and have a program of continuous improvement within Summer Court Hall.
